After I have received your picture and the size of the commission,

I will send you a quote for my work.

After you approve the quoted price,

I will send you an invoice for the non-refundable deposit of

30% of the agreed on commission fee.

When the deposit is fully paid, I will work on a portrait layout or initial drawing that you should receive after a week.

The commissioned portrait is started only after you are

a 100% satisfied with its layout or initial drawing.

When the portrait is finished, you will receive a second invoice for you to make the final payment. Then the portrait will be shipped to you as soon as the payment is received.

Although it has never happened, if you shoud not be satisfied after seeing the commissioned portrait in person, you have 3 days to return it to me and I will refund your final payment

- but not the original deposit.

Minimum size: 60 x 60 cm/23.6 x23.6 inches

Throught PayPal or by check.

If you are paying by check you will need to mail it to the address indicated on your invoice.

Please be aware that work on your commissioned portrait will not begin until your check has cleared.

Depending on the size of the commission,

it will be specified in the quote.

The whole process should take about a month.
